Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: No one knows better than a cruiser that life can be unpredictable. Cancellations may be made up to 4 hours before scheduled appointment time without penalty, and clients will receive a full refund. Any cancellation within 4 hours of scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% the cost of the consultation. If there's an emergency, send us an email at thesailingbison@gmail.com. DISCLAIMER: We at The Sailing Bison offer our consulting services in good faith. We assume no responsibility for all things related to our services, including, but not limited to, personal wellbeing, client's vessel, client's crew, or any property, physical or otherwise, therein. Clients are responsible for personal health and safety, crew health and safety, and their vessel. With that being said, we reserve the right to reschedule any booking. We are at the mercy of the weather, and oftentimes need to make snap decisions about departure plans and sail times. We will let you know as far in advance as is possible.
