Cancellation Policy
No one knows better than we do that life can be unpredictable. Please let us know no less than 3 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. If there's an emergency, send us an email at thesailingbison.com. With that being said, we reserve the right to reschedule any booking. We are the mercy of the weather, and oftentimes need to make snap decisions about departure plans and sail times. We will let you know as far in advance as is possible.
